Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough to your desired size and place it on the prepared pan.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano and a pinch of coarse sea salt.
In a skillet, sauté the thinly sliced red onion in olive oil until slightly caramelized.
Arrange the mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce, then evenly distribute the caramelized onions and tuna pieces over the pizza.
Bake the pizza for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After baking, drizzle with a little olive oil, slice, and serve immediately.
