500 g Pizza flour
7 g Yeast
300 ml Warm water
10 g Salt
30 ml Olive oil
200 g Ricotta
150 g Mozzarella
50 g Parmesan
10 g Fresh basil
2 cloves Garlic
2 g Freshly ground black pepper
5 g Oregano

    Preparation Steps

    Measure out the ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, and water. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix the flour with salt, then add the olive oil and the proofed yeast. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

    Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

    Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to about 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic. Combine the ricotta with the garlic, a little olive oil, and freshly ground black pepper.
