Measure out the ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, and water. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt, then add the olive oil and the proofed yeast. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) thickness.
Peel the garlic and red onion, then slice them thinly. Cut the bell pepper and zucchini into strips.
Slice the spicy sausage into thin rounds, then sauté in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes to release its flavors.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, then sprinkle with oregano and garlic.
Arrange the grilled sausage, bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion on the pizza. Sprinkle with mozzarella and chili flakes.
Place the pizza on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Slice and serve hot.
