Mince the garlic and sprinkle it evenly over the pizza.
Place a few fresh sage leaves on top and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crispy.
Once done, garnish with additional sage leaves and serve immediately.
