500 g Pizza flour
7 g Yeast
300 ml Warm water
10 g Salt
30 ml Olive oil
6 cloves Garlic
150 g Mozzarella
50 g Parmesan
10 g Fresh parsley
5 g Oregano
2 g Freshly ground black pepper

    Measure out the ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, and water. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it rest for 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl, mix the flour with the salt, then add the olive oil and the proofed yeast. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

    Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
