Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Grate the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it over the ricotta base.
Roughly chop the walnuts and distribute them evenly over the pizza.
Add the mozzarella cheese in slices, then drizzle with olive oil.
Place in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Once the pizza is ready, drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh rosemary. Serve immediately.
