Crumble the blue cheese and distribute it evenly over the sour cream base.
Clean the endives, slice them lengthwise, and arrange them on top of the cheese.
Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and honey, then sprinkle with roughly chopped walnuts.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the blue cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing and serving immediately.
