In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add lukewarm water and extra virgin olive oil, then knead the dough until it becomes elastic and smooth.
Knead the dough for 10 minutes, then cover it with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C), and if you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up. On a floured surface, roll out the risen dough into a circular shape.
Finely chop the garlic and mix it with the heavy cream. Spread this mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Tear or slice the mozzarella and distribute it over the pizza. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese over the top as well.
Sprinkle the pizza with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper, then place a few sprigs of fresh rosemary on top.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 7-10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Once the pizza is done, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve immediately!
