7 g Yeast
300 ml Warm Water
10 g Salt
30 ml Olive Oil
150 g Mozzarella
50 g Parmesan Cheese
100 g Ricotta Cheese
40 g Fresh Arugula

    Measure out the ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, and water. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and let it sit for 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt, then add the olive oil and the proofed yeast mixture. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
