Sprinkle the tomato sauce with grated Brazilian cheese (or mozzarella), then arrange the sliced smoked sausage on top.
Add thinly sliced red onion and green bell pepper, distributing them evenly over the pizza.
Drizzle the pizza with a little olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy.
After baking, sprinkle with fresh cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
