Arrange the Mozzarella di Bufala slices on top of the tomato sauce, followed by the grated provolone cheese.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheeses are melted and bubbly.
After baking, scatter fresh basil leaves over the pizza and drizzle with a little olive oil before serving.
