In another bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil.
Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes, until it becomes elastic and smooth. Cover it with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the risen dough thinly and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the dough with a little olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, oregano, and freshly ground black pepper.
Spread the caramelized onions over the pizza, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for a minute, then garnish with fresh rosemary.
