150 ml Tomato Sauce
10 g Fresh Cilantro
200 g Mozzarella Cheese
100 g Fried Plantains

    Prepare the pizza dough: combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead until smooth, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
