In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a circle and transfer it to the prepared baking sheet.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza base, then sprinkle with garlic and Cuban spices.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then top with shredded roasted pork and caramelized onions.
Spritz the top with fresh lime juice. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh cilantro, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
