300 ml Lukewarm water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
30 ml Olive oil
200 g Tomato sauce
200 g Mozzarella cheese
200 g Roasted Cuban pork (ropa vieja or mojo pork)
100 g Sweet onions (caramelized)
2 cloves Garlic
20 ml Fresh lime juice
1 tsp Cuban spices (oregano, cumin, paprika)
5 g Fresh cilantro

    In a bowl, combine the lukewarm water, sugar, and dry yeast. Let it stand for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.

    In a large bowl, mix together the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough.

    Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
