Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Prepare the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread evenly over the pizza dough.
Thinly slice the red onion and scatter the slices over the sour cream base.
Grate the Danish cheese and sprinkle it evenly over the pizza.
Arrange the smoked salmon slices on top of the cheese, then scatter the capers over the salmon.
Drizzle the pizza with olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown and crispy.
Once the pizza is cooked, sprinkle with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
