In a bowl, combine the lukewarm water, sugar, and dry yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
Cover the dough with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
In a skillet, heat a little olive oil. Sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic until softened.
Add the ground beef, season with ground cumin, cinnamon, and dried coriander. Cook until the meat is fully browned and cooked through.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a circular shape. Place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Spread tomato sauce over the pizza base, then sprinkle with the cooked ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, arrange the black olives, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
