Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sour cream, then arrange the thinly sliced red onion on top.
Add the prepared reindeer meat pieces and scatter black olives over the pizza.
Drizzle with a little olive oil and sprinkle fresh thyme over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately after baking to enjoy the fresh and intense flavors of the reindeer meat.
