In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, and knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Cover and let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with minced garlic and a pinch of black pepper.
Scatter the fresh spinach over the sauce, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Make a small well in the center of the pizza and carefully crack the eggs into it.
Sprinkle with oregano and place in a preheated oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown, the cheese is melted, and the egg whites are set, but the yolks are still slightly runny.
Slice the pizza and serve immediately. Enjoy!
