    Preparation Steps

    1

For the pizza dough, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast in a large bowl. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    2

While the dough is rising, prepare the spicy chicken. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, then toss with the suya spice mix. Heat a little oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken strips over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.

    3

Thinly slice the red onion and chili pepper. Mince the garlic.

    4

Roll out the risen pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    5

Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with minced garlic, grated mozzarella, spicy chicken strips, sliced red onion, and chili pepper.

    6

Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.

    7

Slice the pizza and serve immediately. Enjoy!
