For the pizza dough, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast in a large bowl. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, prepare the spicy chicken. Cut the chicken breast into thin strips, then toss with the suya spice mix. Heat a little oil in a skillet and sauté the chicken strips over medium heat until golden brown. Set aside.
Thinly slice the red onion and chili pepper. Mince the garlic.
Roll out the risen pizza dough on a floured surface and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then sprinkle with minced garlic, grated mozzarella, spicy chicken strips, sliced red onion, and chili pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Slice the pizza and serve immediately. Enjoy!
