Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
Distribute the browned ground beef over the tomato sauce, then sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Bake the pizza for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
