In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, prepare the topping. Finely chop the onion and bell pepper, and mince the garlic.
Heat a little oil in a skillet, then add the ground meat. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until lightly browned.
Add the tomato paste, chopped bell pepper, onion, and minced garlic to the skillet. Season with cumin, Hungarian sweet paprika, and parsley. Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the plain yogurt evenly over the dough, then spoon the spiced meat mixture on top.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
While the pizza is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan and stir in the Hungarian sweet paprika to create a rich, flavorful sauce.
Drizzle the finished pizza with the melted paprika butter sauce, then sprinkle with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
