In a small bowl, combine the sour cream with salt and pepper. Spread evenly over the pizza dough.
Thinly slice the cooked beef or horse meat and arrange it on top of the sour cream base.
Thinly slice the red onion and grate the carrot. Distribute them evenly over the meat.
Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, slice, and serve immediately.
