Evenly spread tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving the edges bare.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, then arrange the Bulgogi beef slices evenly over the pizza.
Sprinkle the top of the pizza with the Korean spice blend and drizzle with a little sesame oil.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven, sprinkle with chopped scallions and cilantro, then slice and serve.
