Prepare the pizza dough: combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead into a smooth dough, then let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Sauté the ground meat in olive oil and season with cumin, coriander, and paprika. Slice the olives and dice the onion.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Roll out the dough thinly, then spread with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with the spiced ground meat, olives, and diced onion.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After baking, sprinkle with fresh parsley and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately.
