In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until you have a pliable dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, prepare the topping. Heat some oil in a skillet, then sauté the finely chopped red onion and garlic. Add the ground meat and brown until golden.
Add the tomato sauce, sliced bell pepper, cumin, and olives to the meat. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the dough, then evenly distribute the spiced meat mixture over it.
Sprinkle with grated mozzarella, then bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
