300 ml Lukewarm water
25 g Fresh yeast
10 g Salt
30 ml Olive oil
200 ml Tomato sauce
200 g Mozzarella cheese
50 g Black olives
2 Tomatoes
150 g Artichoke hearts
1 tsp Fresh basil
1 tsp Oregano
30 g Parmesan cheese

    In a small bowl, combine the lukewarm water and yeast. Let it stand for 5-10 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.

    In a large bowl, sift the flour and add the salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and olive oil. Knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic. If it is too sticky, add a little more flour.

    Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
