In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and dry yeast. Add the warm water and olive oil, and knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the risen dough into a thin, circular shape and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the sour cream evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Thinly slice the red onion and distribute it over the pizza.
Place in a preheated oven and bake at 430°F (220°C) for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove the pizza from the oven and arrange the smoked salmon slices on top. Sprinkle with capers and fresh dill.
Before serving, squeeze a little lemon juice over the pizza, then slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
