Prepare the pizza dough: combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead into a smooth dough, then let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
Slice the tomatoes thinly and chop the onion. Prepare the cooked or grilled chicken breast, sliced into strips.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C), and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Roll out the dough thinly, then brush evenly with palm oil. Arrange the tomato slices on top, sprinkle with mozzarella, then add the chicken strips and chopped onion.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After baking, sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately to enjoy the pizza fresh.
