Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a border for the crust.
Arrange the tomato slices on top of the tomato sauce, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella.
Add the black olives and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.
Drizzle the pizza with olive oil, then bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After baking, garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
