Preheat oven to 430°F (220°C). Lightly grease a pizza pan or baking sheet with olive oil.
Roll out the pizza dough to your desired size, making sure the edges are slightly thicker.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with dried oregano.
Thinly slice the red onion and distribute it evenly over the tomato sauce.
Arrange the anchovy fillets on top of the onion, then sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with a little olive oil.
