Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the edges are slightly thicker to form a crust.
Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until lightly crispy. Let it cool slightly.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and cream. Stir in a small amount of grated pecorino cheese and the dried oregano.
Spread the egg and cream mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Distribute the mozzarella and cooked bacon over the top.
Sprinkle the remaining pecorino cheese over the pizza and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake the pizza for 15-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves. Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
