5 g Salt
200 g Eggplant (sliced and grilled)
3 Hard-Boiled Eggs (sliced)
50 ml Tahini Sauce
10 g Fresh Parsley
5 g Spices (cumin, paprika, black pepper)
20 ml Olive Oil
100 ml Tomato Sauce

    Prepare the dough: Combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Knead until smooth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Slice the eggplant into thin rounds and grill them after brushing lightly with olive oil. Meanwhile, prepare the hard-boiled eggs and slice them.

    Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
