Meanwhile, sauté the finely chopped sweet onions in olive oil until translucent.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then distribute the sautéed onions and anchovy fillets on top.
Sprinkle with mozzarella, followed by breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Add fresh oregano to enhance the flavors.
Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the breadcrumbs are crispy.
Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
