Puree the San Marzano tomatoes, then mix with a pinch of sea salt and oregano.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
Tear the fresh mozzarella into pieces and scatter them over the tomato sauce.
Arrange the anchovy fillets and black olives on top, then drizzle generously with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the mozzarella is melted and bubbly.
Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before cutting it into square slices and serving immediately.
