Prepare the pizza dough: combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead until you have a smooth dough, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, slice the biltong into thin strips and dice the onion.
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Roll out the dough thinly and place it on the baking sheet. Spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella, and top with biltong and onion.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
After baking, top with fresh arugula and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately.
