Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Prepare the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream with a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
Clean the shrimp by removing the shells, and then rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry with paper towels.
Slice the red onion into thin rings and arrange them on top of the sour cream base.
Sprinkle the pizza with grated mozzarella cheese, then evenly distribute the shrimp over the cheese.
Sprinkle the pizza with finely chopped fresh dill and drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crispy.
Slice the finished pizza and serve immediately.
