Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Thinly slice the cooked potatoes, and toss with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Thinly slice the red onion and spread it over the pizza dough.
Arrange the potato slices on top of the dough, then sprinkle with finely chopped fresh rosemary.
Grate the raclette cheese and spread it evenly over the pizza.
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving immediately.
