Peel and finely chop the garlic, then mix it with the olive oil.
Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza dough, leaving the edges free.
Sprinkle the chopped garlic and Tibetan spices over the sauce, then evenly distribute the grated yak cheese on the pizza.
Place the fresh spinach leaves on top of the cheese, then drizzle with a little olive oil.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
