Prepare the pizza dough: Combine the flour, water, yeast, and salt. Knead until you have a smooth dough, then let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
While the dough is rising, hard-boil the eggs, then peel and slice them. Drain the tuna and prepare the olives.
Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Roll out the dough thinly and place it on the baking sheet. Spread with tomato sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, then arrange the tuna, egg slices, and olives on top.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
After baking, sprinkle with fresh parsley and drizzle with olive oil.
