Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Place the pizza dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, combine the sour cream with the crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly over the pizza dough.
Clean the porcini mushrooms and slice them thinly. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Arrange the mushroom slices evenly over the sour cream base.
Grate the local cheese generously over the pizza.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown, and the crust is crisp.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, slice, and serve immediately.
