Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Sprinkle the grated mozzarella over the tomato sauce, then arrange the sausage slices evenly on top.
Add the thinly sliced red onion and bell pepper strips to the pizza.
Sprinkle the pizza with fresh oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately after baking, while the sausage flavors are fresh and intense.
