Slice the Polish kielbasa, onion, and bell pepper into thin slices, then distribute evenly over the pizza.
Sprinkle with minced garlic, black pepper, and dried oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Sprinkle the baked pizza with fresh parsley, then slice and serve immediately. Enjoy!
