In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the milk and mix until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease it with a little butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet, forming smaller, thicker pancakes.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter until all the pancakes are cooked.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, and drizzled with jam or honey.
