24 Wonton Wraps
1 db Onion (finely chopped)
1 tsp Ginger (grated)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Black Pepper
2 szál Green Onions (chopped)

    Preparation Steps

    In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, finely chopped onion, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.

    Take one wonton wrapper and place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center. Fold the wrapper over and pinch the edges together to tightly seal the dumpling.

    Line a steamer basket with parchment paper or cabbage leaves to prevent the dumplings from sticking.

    Place the dumplings in the steamer, making sure they don't touch each other. Steam for 10-12 minutes, or until the filling is fully cooked through.
