Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until light and fluffy.
Melt the butter and stir it into the egg mixture, then add the milk.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Add the raisins, coarsely chopped walnuts, and candied fruit to the batter. Mix well to distribute evenly.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the Püspökkenyér cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
