Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
Roll out the pizza dough into a thin, even circle and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-2 cm border around the edge.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. Then, evenly distribute the gorgonzola, parmesan, and ricotta cheese pieces on top.
Sprinkle the pizza with dried oregano to enhance the flavor.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
While the pizza is baking, prepare the parmesan crisps. Place small mounds of grated parmesan cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 390°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before topping with the parmesan crisps. Slice and serve immediately.
