First, prepare the pie crust if using a homemade version. Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish. Once the dough is ready, refrigerate it for 10-15 minutes to prevent the crust from breaking during baking.
Cut the grilled chicken into smaller pieces and finely chop the garlic.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Mix the grated cheese into the egg mixture, then add the chopped chicken and garlic.
Pour the prepared mixture onto the crust and spread evenly. Place in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, or until the top is nicely golden brown.
Let the quiche cool slightly, then slice and serve.
