250 ml Lukewarm milk
50 g Butter or vegetable oil
1 Egg
500 ml Vegetable oil (for frying)

    In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Dissolve the yeast in a little lukewarm milk and let it stand for 5-10 minutes, until foamy.
