Ramen pancake served

Ramen Pancake

The ramen pancake is a modern Japanese street food-inspired dish that offers traditional ramen noodles in pancake form. The combination of crispy exterior and soft interior creates a unique texture that is perfect as a quick lunch or dinner. The dish was created as an alternative to the popular okonomiyaki Japanese pancake and is a great base for various toppings such as soy sauce, mayonnaise or spicy dressings.
