    Preparation Steps

    1

Finely chop the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups with a sharp knife or crush them into larger pieces.

    2

In a medium bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth and well combined.

    3

Stir in 80% of the crushed Reese's cups, gently folding them in to evenly distribute throughout the ice cream base.

    4

Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and insert the popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4-5 hours.

    5

Melt the dark chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir in the sunflower oil to make it more fluid.

    6

Dip the frozen ice cream bars into the melted chocolate, then sprinkle with the remaining chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for extra crunch.

    7

Place the chocolate-covered ice cream bars on parchment paper and return them to the freezer for another 30 minutes to allow the chocolate to completely harden.

    8

Before serving, let the ice cream bars sit at room temperature for 2-3 minutes to make them easier to bite.
